A selection of the beautiful street art creations by American artist El Mac, based in Los Angeles. Some amazing and gigantic portraits the artist spreads across the world, from Canada to Switzerland through Mexico, Sweden, Italy, Vietnam or Malaysia. El Mac‘s work is marked by his very personal approach of gradients, giving his creations a very particular style. Both engineer and artist, El Mac began his career in the 90s, regularly collaborating with artists like Aryz or Retna.
not finished work in progress, I’m struggling a little. David x
Good start, David… if I might make a few small recommendations; start by softening out the jawline a bit - men, more often than women, have it as a pronounced facial feature. Also, erase about half an inch from the outer contour lines forming the breasts (so, I’m referring to those lines just underneath each armpit). This lowers the breasts to a more natural level. Generally speaking, only in botched silicone jobs would you observe a woman’s breasts to begin directly under her clavicles. Otherwise, good proportions.. and love that long, elegant neckline.
